Click. af, the biggest and most popular online shopping app in Afghanistan announced on its Facebook page that it ceases its activities due to financial problems.
The Click releasing a statement said that the services of this platform is not available from today’s on.
Click. af had started its online activities six years ago, and called itself a bridge between customers and shopkeepers.
“The brittle economic situation, the capital flight, and the stalling of the economic cycle led sales in the market to be severely affected, and we are not an exemption,” the application’s operator/s on its Facebook page.
After Taliban’s domination in Afghanistan people are facing the unprecedented level of poverty and unemployment. Taliban do not allow women to return to their work, additionally they have fired lots of people from government offices. On the other hand, lots of people who were capable economically have left the country.
