The institute for studying conflict and security in Pakistan in its latest report has said that 44 attacks have taken place in Pakistan which left 134 dead and 254 wounded.
The report called January 2023 as the deadliest year after July 2018 in which a deadly attack had taken the lives of 149 people.
According to the report, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan has witnessed the attacks more than any state in Pakistan.
It has been said that police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were the target of the attackers, and had been under attacks in different areas as Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu and Swabi.
In the most recent attack in Pakistan, 100 people killed and 200 others wounded that the majority of them were security forces.
